The Flex CMS is a user friendly, feature rich and scalable Content Management System developed to enable organisations to create and publish relevant web content to multiple audiences across geographic, technological and language barriers. Flex CMS enables website owners to take ownership of and manage all content within their websites.
Flex CMS is NOT a pre-built content management system. As such the websites it controls are not limited by its functional capabilities, as is the case with ALL "off the shelf" systems. Instead it is our clients online requirements that define the functionality of Flex CMS.
With just a few clicks you can update articles, upload photos, change the text on your homepage, or add new products to sell on your website. If you've ever used web mail (like hotmail or yahoo) you already have the skills necessary to use a content management system.
We have integrated all our custom functionality into some of the great design from Theme Forest (great work guys!).
Here's just an overview of the key functionality available. However please note - our CMS can be tailored to manage almost any online content requirements, irrepective of complexity :-)
Intelligent Content Delivery
Displaying standard page content is great and more than adequate for many website requirements. However there is often a need to display content with a greater degree of intelligence. For example it may be appropriate to tailor content following visitor input or filtering the contents of a flash animated photo gallery based upon the section of a website being viewed.
With Flex CMS the content can be used as the basis for a much more powerful user experience. Such power is hidden from publishers, ensuring the simplistic user interface and publishing process is retained.

All of these functions are tailored to the individual need of each client, thus enabling the solution to fit the needs of the client, not vice versa. Flex CMS is an extremely user-friendly application, which non-technical personnel will find simple to utilise when it comes to content creation. It is centred on the Microsoft Office skill sets, thus utilising existing employee skills and building familiarity when the user starts working.
User Profiling / Workflow
Flex CMS provides Administrators with the ability to assign key personnel different user login details, levels of access and responsibility to the site. This means that the sites growth and maintenance is not hampered by reliance upon a single staff member.
Once produced, content can be held from publishing until reviewed and released by appropriate Administrators. This ensures content is always appropriately worded and formatted prior to publication.
Multiple Languages
Flex CMS can facilitate the addition of content in multiple languages. The website administrator simply stipulates what languages are required in the administration section and these languages will be available in all content sections of the website including all pages and additional modules. When adding content the user simply selects the language which they wish to add content to from a series of tabbed options.
Multi-Site Content Management
Flex CMS allows you to manage multiple web sites from a single installation. It's useful if you need to run several sites that are managed by the same group of users and if you need to share content over these web sites. A typical example is a secondary website that has been launched to promote a specific regular event or sector of a business. Flex CMS enables our clients to launch small sub sites with specific design and content on a single hosting plan, with single web site code and single database. You can specify which users are entitled to edit which web sites, so you do not need to manage user accounts separately for each web site and the user can sign in with the same user name and password to edit any web site.
Search Engine Friendly Structure
Flex CMS will allow you to create search engine friendly pages that can be easily indexed by Google and other search engines. Every page on your web site automatically has a unique URL that reflects the position of the page in the content tree.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Support
Flex CMS supports SEO in several ways:
Each document managed can have its own page title, description and keywords that are rendered in the page header.
You can customise the friendly URL and custom URLs so that they contain the required key words.
You can use H1, H2, etc. elements in the WYSIWYG editor.
You can build XHTML-compliant site, which may also improve the search engine indexing and page rank.
