Award winning design, enterprise level content management, client / lead management and an advanced email marketing platform combine to give you every tool required to help differentiate your company in this competitive market.

Key features of our real estate application portal:

Powerful content management features – Allows you to manage your complete property portfolio and all site features in-house via any internet enabled connection, whether that is at the office, home or on the road.

Configure all site attributes – Manage and define all available attributes including available countries / regions / areas, property types (i.e. house, flat, new development, land) property features (i.e. swimming pool, garage, air conditioning, heating) property amenities, property views (i.e. beach, marina, lake) etc.

Have multiple agents – Add agents that can upload and (manage) their property portfolio to your site via a scaled down content management system. You remain in complete control over all agents, specifying the number, type and locations they can upload to.

Accept XML feeds – Automatically import XML feeds from property suppliers, saving hundreds of hours in manual data entry.

No design limitations – Unlike other systems, our real estate portal can work with any type of design. The content management system in no way limits the design potential of your site.

Multi language compatible – add additional languages and either manually translate text or have Google Translate automatically do it for you.

Multi currency – allow visitors to your site to view properties in their own currency. Rates are automatically updated every day via a feed from the Central European Bank.

If you would like to know a little more you only have to ask!

Welcome to The Flex Studio Website Owners’ Manual.

This guide has been written to help you navigate the complexities of developing and running your own website.
We get asked a lot of questions when developing websites, and do a lot of talking. But by far the biggest problem we face is not in coming up with the answers, but in communicating them. And it works in reverse too – how do designers and clients tell us what it is they want when the language and technology stand in their way?

This document came along as a means of bridging that communication gap. It serves as a discussion point when planning your project, giving you a way into the sometimes difficult process of finding a simple solution. It also outlines the design and development process, shows you how to compile a bug report and offers useful advice on topics like search engine performance.
This manual is a working document and we encourage you to use it throughout the life-cycle of your website.

You can read our manual in full PDFiness here … enjoy!

Our all-in-one email marketing software includes everything you need to create, send, track and profit from email marketing – but it doesn’t stop there. It also includes powerful tools to completely automate your follow up marketing and customer feedback loops too.

Let us take it the rest of the way with some great designs to attract recipients.
First4hampers, the most successful hamper website in the UK use FlexMail for all national campaigns.
They also allowed us to create a series of custom graphics to enhance their seasonal and special occasion emails. Here’s a few below – we think they’re a bit groovy!

You’ve created and sent the perfect email campaign, but how many people opened it and when? FlexMail tells you this and more. From the statistics tab you can see exactly who opened your email and when.

See which links were clicked, by who and when. Your sales team can follow up with leads who’ve shown interest in your products by clicking a link in your email. Talk about making contact at the right time!

Follow up with prospects automatically using autoresponders. Send a series of personalized email messages to new leads at intervals you define. It’s like having your own dedicated sales team working for you around the clock.

Optimize your email click thru rates with split testing. Send a few variations of your email to a sample of your list and have the best performing one sent to the rest automatically.

Automate your list management with triggers. Automatically convert leads to opportunities when they open a specific email, remove inactive leads from your list or even send a follow up email when a particular link is clicked – automatically.

Keep your lists clean and up to date with automated bounce processing. Invalid email addresses can be removed from your list automatically based on “smart bounce rules”, helping keep your deliverability rate high.

See the complete activity of a lead with event logging. Every time a lead opens your email, clicks a link or performs any other activity, it’s logged against their history making it easy for you sales team to qualify their desire to purchase.

Solicit and track feedback with surveys. NEW! Using the drag & drop editor you can create customized surveys and feedback forms which you can link to from your email campaigns or autoresponders and then blast to your list in minutes.

What makes Flex CMS different?

The Flex CMS is a user friendly, feature rich and scalable Content Management System developed to enable organisations to create and publish relevant web content to multiple audiences across geographic, technological and language barriers. Flex CMS enables website owners to take ownership of and manage all content within their websites.

Flex CMS is NOT a pre-built content management system. As such the websites it controls are not limited by its functional capabilities, as is the case with ALL “off the shelf” systems. Instead it is our clients online requirements that define the functionality of Flex CMS.
With just a few clicks you can update articles, upload photos, change the text on your homepage, or add new products to sell on your website. If you’ve ever used web mail (like hotmail or yahoo) you already have the skills necessary to use a content management system.

We have integrated all our custom functionality into some of the great design from Theme Forest (great work guys!).
Here’s just an overview of the key functionality available. However please note – our CMS can be tailored to manage almost any online content requirements, irrepective of complexity

Intelligent Content Delivery

Displaying standard page content is great and more than adequate for many website requirements. However there is often a need to display content with a greater degree of intelligence. For example it may be appropriate to tailor content following visitor input or filtering the contents of a flash animated photo gallery based upon the section of a website being viewed.

With Flex CMS the content can be used as the basis for a much more powerful user experience. Such power is hidden from publishers, ensuring the simplistic user interface and publishing process is retained.

User Management

• Create unlimited user accounts
• Specify which sections each user can update
• Optional account expiration

Publishing Features
• Hidden option lets you hide content that’s still in progress – then set as live to instantly make it public.
• Publish Start Date lets you queue up content to automatically go live on the specified date.
• Publish End Date lets you specify a date to automatically expire content and take it offline.

Powerful Field Editor

Customise your section editors with eight different field types, each with their own special options.
• text field
• textbox
• WYSIWYG
• date/time
• pulldown
• radio
• checkbox
• upload

All of these functions are tailored to the individual need of each client, thus enabling the solution to fit the needs of the client, not vice versa. Flex CMS is an extremely user-friendly application, which non-technical personnel will find simple to utilise when it comes to content creation. It is centred on the Microsoft Office skill sets, thus utilising existing employee skills and building familiarity when the user starts working.

User Profiling / Workflow

Flex CMS provides Administrators with the ability to assign key personnel different user login details, levels of access and responsibility to the site. This means that the sites growth and maintenance is not hampered by reliance upon a single staff member.
Once produced, content can be held from publishing until reviewed and released by appropriate Administrators. This ensures content is always appropriately worded and formatted prior to publication.

Multiple Languages

Flex CMS can facilitate the addition of content in multiple languages. The website administrator simply stipulates what languages are required in the administration section and these languages will be available in all content sections of the website including all pages and additional modules. When adding content the user simply selects the language which they wish to add content to from a series of tabbed options.

Multi-Site Content Management

Flex CMS allows you to manage multiple web sites from a single installation. It’s useful if you need to run several sites that are managed by the same group of users and if you need to share content over these web sites. A typical example is a secondary website that has been launched to promote a specific regular event or sector of a business. Flex CMS enables our clients to launch small sub sites with specific design and content on a single hosting plan, with single web site code and single database. You can specify which users are entitled to edit which web sites, so you do not need to manage user accounts separately for each web site and the user can sign in with the same user name and password to edit any web site.

Search Engine Friendly Structure

Flex CMS will allow you to create search engine friendly pages that can be easily indexed by Google and other search engines. Every page on your web site automatically has a unique URL that reflects the position of the page in the content tree.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Support

Flex CMS supports SEO in several ways:
Each document managed can have its own page title, description and keywords that are rendered in the page header.
You can customise the friendly URL and custom URLs so that they contain the required key words.
You can use H1, H2, etc. elements in the WYSIWYG editor.
You can build XHTML-compliant site, which may also improve the search engine indexing and page rank.

As usual if you are eager to know more simply pick up the phone, email, send a message in a bottle … it’s up to you!
We very much look foreward to hearing from you.
