Operating a private dental practice in London presents numerous challenges, not least of which is the competitive nature of this sector. In an attempt to handle incoming requests in a more efficient and timely manner, this client decided to utilise the Infusionsoft CRM system. After some months of use results were not as expected, resulting in disappointment and frustration. In an attempt to rectify the situation one of our team was asked to review its implementation. It became obvious that the previous company had not taken the time to understand either the clients sector or customer journey, resulting in opportunities to attract, engage and convert enquiries being lost on a regular weekly basis.
